Changing a Page Name breaks images in Editor Paragraphs therein

If one changes the name of a page, any images within Samples: Editor paragraphs
break.
To reproduce:
1. Create a new page named "test"
2. Within that page, create a "Samples: Editor" paragraph
3. Add a picture to the new paragraph. Save it.
4. Change the page name from "test" to "new-test"
5. View the page at its new path. The images do not appear, as they still point
to the old path.
Workaround: Editing the affected paragraph and saving it again fixes the
problem.
