Some ideas:
* A simple tool page for flushing the cache.
* Another that would allow (re)synchronizing the subscriber(s) (if a
subscriber was added to the system, or if one of them was out-of-synch for any
reason). It could force the activation of all pages / nodes that have the
activited status set to true in their metadata.
