Sorry Phillip but this is not so for us... When I access our public instance on http://webdev.nemours.org/magnolia-www/.magnolia all I get is a blank AdminCentral showing anonymous user as being logged in.
I also checked and the anonymous user role on public instance does have Deny on /.magnolia but that didn't help.
