I just think the behavior should be consistent, do you agree... Now for implementation....Well I didn't claim it would be easy :) P.S. As for the way default extension works, why would you want to interpret /page as /page.html? To me /page is 404, while /page.html is a valid URI.... I thought the default server extension is the extension that filter triggers on...
