main magnolia project is not build with eclipse

I've checked out the trunk, then I did a mvn eclipse:eclipse -Dwtpversion=1.5
So every ".project" ".classpath" have been created except the one for the main
project magnolia.
Look at the pom.patch attached because it solved this issue.
