As I was preparing to build latest WARs for testing I noticed that samples and
DMS modules fail to build (both in reactor mode and individually) with error
message at the end of this email...
In order to fix this your local Maven repository path must NOT have spaces in
it.
The issue occurs "naturally" on Windows platforms because by default maven
repository is located in user's home directory which is located under:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\
The fix is fairly simple:
1. edit your MAVEN_HOME\conf\settings.xml
2. add entry:
<localRepository>C:\mycompany\java\maven\repository</localRepository> (of
course you can use any location as long as there are no spaces in it)
That is it....After doing this everything works
