I had that a few days ago, when trying to bootstrap a non-existing
resource (i.e typo in the file name). I fixed that specific one, but
maybe there's another one we haven't encountered yet. I just patched
DataTransporter (currently the main responsible class for
bootstrapping) so that it throws an exception earlier one with an
hopefully more helpful message.
