Status-Light for nested paragraphs stay green after changements

If you set a 2 column-paragraph into a main template and then insert a sub
paragraph into this, after changements the status light in admin central
website-tree doesn't switch to yellow.
It does for changes in paragraphs implemented into the main-template directly
(without nesting it into another).
