Here's one of the issues:

Admittedly, export LC_ALL=en_US *seems* to fix the issue, but it's
not really encouraging :)

Cool. Well, it's pretty trivial to revert in any case.
So what's new with the snapshot versions thing that wasn't working
fully with b4? Does this also update the dependencies of submodules
then ? Nice :)
