filters: improve forward and virtualURIMapping support

on forwards (in code or virtual uri mappings) you would like to define if you
want to execute the filter chain or if the original URI should be changed.
1. provide a method MgnlContext.forward(path, executeFilterChain,
setOriginalURI)
2. The MappingResult object returned by VirtualURIMapping.mapURI() should have
additional properties
- type (forward, include, redirect)
- executeFilterChain
- setOriginalURI
This can be used to solve MAGNOLIA-2015
