Description: First idea would be to generate <!-- html comments -->, but it
would in fact probably be not only simpler but also more useful and safer to
simply not output the content at all. This macro would be useful to leave some
comments on unfinished pages, to write some temporary content which will only
be finished later, or to add annotations to complex syntaxes for example.
