this appears to be a bug with the ForTokensTag included in the jetty jar, where
the setItems method is indeed
{code}public void setItems(Object s){code} instead of {code}public void
setItems(String s){code} as it is in
{{taglibs/standard/1.1.2/standard-1.1.2.jar}}
