Some cleanup was already done with MAGNOLIA-2130, but more could be done:
* isBootstrapping() - this method is used by RenderingFilter. At the moment, it
is completely unreachable - if the install/update failed, the ui will be stuck
on the InstallFilter - check how this behaves with the magnolia.update.auto
mode. Surely there is a cleaner way and place to do this check anyway !
* review javadoc
* possibly merge with MgnlServletContextListener
