We need some sort of validation for pom attributes for our builds to be
consistent
- checking that a minimal set of attributes are present:
- description
- documentationURL
- jira
- svn
- maybe checking if these values are correct (validate links etc)
- we could also validate the module descriptors (check if they're consistent
with the pom)
- we could also validate some other values, like name, to see if it's
consistent with artifactId (i.e a "nicened" version of it)
