Check your "Pending Orders" table. If you have not selected to "Process
Orders Immediately" (done under "Tech Contact Information"), the domains
would not be registered.
Also, customers should use your manage.cgi - not be pointed to
http://resellers.opensrs.net - that interface is yours exclusively to use.
