Because I've reported numerous times that the new OpenSRS style sheet makes
the web pages completely unreadable on a Unix platform browser. I have to
find a windows-based laptop to be able to read your pages.

The style sheet really needs to use non-specific font tags - like those
recommended by the working group - or to send out different style sheets
depending on the platform. Making the fonts super small to work around
Microsoft's big, ugly fonts makes it impossible for anyone on a platform
which actually licensed good fonts and shows them in the correct sizes from
reading your pages.
(I do wish someone would esplain to Microsoft that a point size is an
absolute reference, not something ambigous they can simply change...)

I've complained about this twice. Nobody has bothered to respond, and thus
I can't read your technical support pages from any platform I actually code
on.
