IT's in the docs everywhere...

Currently the REMOTE_HOST is rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net and the
LOOKUP_REMOTE_HOST is rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net

You must have IP access to this system which is only attainable by
completing the Full Access tests.
