Having a server running DNS does not 'per se' mean that the root registry
recognizes said nameserver.  You have to register a nameserver host
(similar to the HST records of NSI yore) in order to be able to associate
domains with that nameserver.

It appears that brandfidelity.com is registered at register.com - you will
have to contact them to register your nameserver.
