It depends on how you performed the upgrade - and from which version you
went from and to.
Around v2.x (I don't have specifics at home) the Perl Module included was
renamed from OpenSRS.pm to Client.pm - you have to make sure that the
modules as well as the cgi's were updated - as well as some portions of
the templates.
I can help you trouble shoot this more, but I'll need to know what version
you had, what version you now have, and what you did for the 'upgrade'. :)
