What version of the client code are you using? Based on the verify_install
output, I'm guessing that it's the unrelease v2.2 code that our server
systems do not explicitly handle...which means that your install is fine,
but you aren't able to log in to our system because we don't yet support
it....

...or I could be totally wrong...
