.CA Advance Registration and Domain Name Profile

When a .CA .CA Advance Registration is submitted, does the registrant's
Domain Name Profile get created at that time?

It does not appear to, though it would be very useful for new applicants to
be able to register additional .CA names with a profile once we have done
our due diligence and confirmed their ability to meet the Canadian Presence
Requirements...
