Am I reading the Support FAQ correctly? As a reseller, I have to log in and process renewals _manually_ ??? Can't this be built into the client scripts, or is it slated as a future enhancement? What is the normal renewal process? Which of the domain contacts are contacted, when are they contacted, and by what means (only email or email plus letter, ala NSI)? Thanks, Jim
