Dear Charles
Further into your reply concerning new TLDs, I have a question for you:

Will ALL current registrars (i.e. Tucows, Network Solutions, etc)
automatically be granted the registration of new extensions whatever they
are, or could it be that TUCOWS for example if left out of this process?

I have no doubt that you will incorporate this to the code and API, I am
concerned about whether I can "guarantee" my clients that we will be dealing
with this extensions?

Thank you.
