Need an explanation.
I don't want to start to register multilingual names
until russian support will be added (when ?), but today one of my
clients request registration of domain, say BQ--3BLTAVX6.COM
(yes i know, that's tucows, just for example).
It seems like that domain RACE decoded and mean something
in language, which i don't know, but also it seems like
i can register it without passing any tests and without new code.
Can i ? And if i can, is there any differences between domains
registered through multilingual-enabled code and through old good
2.0.1 ?
But what i really worry about is how i can decline request for
correct (in syntax) domain ?
