(More detail on this):

DISCLAIMER: You get what you pay for.  Don't hold me responsible if you have
problems with this, or if it blows up in your face, or if you can't figure
it out :)

There are three files included:

base.html
whois.html

whois.cgi

Create a /whois directory under your templates directory, then put base.html
and whois.html in them.

Put whois.cgi in your cgi-bin directory.

Edit whois.cgi to point to your OpenSRS.conf file (just like any of the
others).

That should do it.  Customize base.html and/or whois.html to your liking.
