How about because it is irresponsible to accept orders for something
that you have no real indication you will even be able to offer
legitimately, for which you have no idea what the price will be, and
that you have no idea if it will even HAPPEN.
How about the FTC warning advising consumers AGAINST preregistration
services until the final approvals are made?
