The switch is a simple checkbox at the OSRS site, it's either on for all
or off for all.
Have you even looked at it?
Really, this is not working correctly.
Please correct it ASAP, or note on the page that this functionality is
broken for now, so that RSPs don't send out email from OSRS that
confuses customers.
