The purpose is to demonstrate the use of renewal-related APIs in the
client. A skeleton CGI, really, - just shows how to call renew_domain()
and such. About the blank page - hard to say why you are getting it, make
sure your OpenSRS.conf is correctly set up and the library path in
renew.cgi is pointing to the correct location.
