A while back I posted a note about a bug where lookups for mlds containing 0
that do not contain non-ASCII characters will still return as a valid
multilingual domain:

    http://www.opensrs.org/archives/dev-list/0012/0073.html

A quick summary of the bug - Switch to registering an MLD, then do a lookup
of 0.com . You will still see the encoding-type set as a multilingual
domain. The script does not detect that 0.com is not a valid mld.

Can anyone a) confirm this or b) suggest a workaround?
