Your options are only limited by your imagination.

Put a bunch of advertisements on your public login page.  And to avoid
annoying your own customers, provide a link to an ad-free login page
that's distributed as part of the registration process.

Or, add something to the manage.cgi script that causes a domain to be
looked up in a local database.  If the domain isn't found, "Refresh"
the page to a form that offers the viewer the option to transfer the
hosting of their domain to you.

Or, instead of just the refresh, have the non-hosting-customer version
of manage.cgi use a template file that spits out ad banners from
advertising.com or equivalent.  If people are coming to your site to use
your management system, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to use
that traffic for additional revenue.  (But find a banner distributor
that pays by CPI rather than CPC.)

This should really be on bizops-list, not dev-list.  ;)
