Ken, can you get me the order number? I'll check into on our end.

Sounds like you are doing everything right.

But in the meantime,
What I have seen is that there is a problem with the CSR.
We will be adding the ability to parse CSR's in the next
couple of months but until then,

But what you can do, is use geotrust site to do so to double check.
https://products.geotrust.com/ssl/quickssl.do

Let me know.

Subject: new cert management problem

Hello,

I have a geotrust cert that I need to renew.
Here's what I'm doing...

Login, click on new cert management.

create new order and add item 'digital certificate'
Select 'true business id' and enter domain name

Fill out form - using whois data & data from business lic, data in csr
matches too.

save order to pending, then click process order 'go' button...

order is cancelled with error "Certificate request not accepted by
supplier"

I'm doing nothing different than I would do if I were placing the
order
directly with Geotrust, with the exception of saving $50 :-)

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

This is a renewal cert, and I'm just pasting last year's csr info,
which
works fine at the Geotrust site to renew certs on anything but IIS5,
which I'm not using.

Thanks for any ideas.
