FWIW, the documentation for the PHP version I wrote is the README file that comes with the PHP class, plus the OpenSRS API Spec available at http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/documentation
If you are having problems figuring it out, join the OpenSRS-PHP mailing list (http://opensrs-php.sf.net/)and ask.
