Actually, it would be really useful if there was a domain which could
be transferred again and again, then I could rely on my scripts
working consistently. I'm not interested in testing OpenSRS's system;
I'm interested in testing the code I've written against their API, and
for that I need the API to have repeatable operations.

My test script registers a domain, does various operations on it, and
then leaves it in the system. I suppose you could say it leaks domains.
