We have written a message class that produces the XML, and I am at the point in the process where the server is supposed to send me "a random number of random bytes", but the server keeps dropping the connection after my AUTH XML package is sent.
This sometimes happens if the IP you are connecting from isn't in your ACL with OpenSRS. Have you checked that?
