OpenSRS -702 Registry can not be accessed...

Hello:               I just submitted a test registration and got the following reply:   0.9DOMAINOur system is experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later. If problem persists, please contact support and state error message: REM server: -702, the Registries for the following tld(s) cannot be accessed at this time:co.uk, org.uk0720XCPREPLY   Since the customer is being billed first before it is submitted for registration, this kind of errors would cause real problems.  I was wondering if there is a method for calling on the registry to make sure everything is working properly before submitting actual registration information…?   -Hayk A…
