Is there anyone out there who can provide a clear explanation of how to update older manage.cgi's for the system update done on 12/9?
I am trying to figure out what the actual implication is for resellers. The LRU says: >** Resellers using Tucows' client libraries must integrate the new >registrant MANAGE page and the <update_all_info> API call into their >page flows So I downloaded the latest client, and the CHANGELOG notes a "temporary switch to new cgi to manage .CC/.TV domains (xpackmanage.cgi). There's a CGI script in the client called 'xpackmanage.cgi' complete with its own set of templates... So in order to manage only TV or CC domains, we need a whole new script/template setup? Is that correct? The CHANGELOG says this is a 'temporary' switch... Does anyone know what that means? Will the functionality be rolled into the manage.cgi at a later date?
