Fixed read_img, it now checks --output-dir (thanks to ree...@gmail.com
).
Added the (ENVLUATEXCPPFLAGS) and $(ENVLUAJITEXCPPFLAGS) variables to
libluatex.am
to add compiler switches from the environment.
