- where can I see some examples?
- what function must be called to send the video to the server?
- do Mozilla and Chrome use different video codecs for the same implementation?

I am also confused, what's the difference between RTCWEB and WebRTC?

Nope. The browser-to-server use case is explicitly called out in the RTCWEB requirements document as something we expect to support. There should be nothing preventing you from making use of it already.
