I'm working this bug, but it's unlikely to be uplifted to any of the
Firefox builds currently in the pipeline. This means you won't see a fix
until 24 or 25. In the interim, you might want to insert the following
lines in Firefox's video m= section:
a=rtcp-fb:120 ccm fir
a=rtcp-fb:120 nack
Your best bet is to search for " a=rtpmap:120 VP8/90000" and insert
those two lines directly after it.
