I quickly looked through the Firefox code to see if it supports TCP ICE candidates, and I didn't see any code for it. I found a comment in the nICEr that says "We don't support TCP yet" (media/mtransport/third_party/nICEr/src/ice/ice_candidate.c).
Am I missing something or are TCP candidates not yet supported? If not, I'll go ahead and file a bug if there isn't one already (I couldn't find anything in bugzilla).
