Hi We've encountered an interesting problem while trying to use WebRTC in LTE network. LTE is known to swap packets during transmission, and since it's UDP, they are not ordered by network stack. And in case of DTLS this causes following problem: If DTLS flight with server certificate is split across several packets, and they are received in wrong order by Firefox, they are not recognized by it, although none of them is lost.
