I think what you're hearing is a known issue (bug 901527) that will be fixed or backed out in 23.0.1 (rollout of 23 is currently throttled as a 23.0.1 is anticipated). The fix is 24, 25 and 26. You can also try a Try build made from Release with a fix or with a backout; see the bug for links to the Try builds (Comments 19 and 25). (Click on the green 'B' for the OS/version you want, 'Go to build directory', then download the installer)
