It appears that PeerConnection.removeStream is not yet implemented. The code refers to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=844295, but that bug is targeted towards implementing the current behavior where removeStream throws an exception since the underlying functionality doesn't work.
