A number of people have joined the project in the last few months; so
I'd like to run a new doodle poll to pick a time for the WebRTC weekly

If you want to propose a day/time combination that isn't on the poll,
let me know. Although the poll says "Jan 21st, Jan 22nd", it really is
a poll to decide when on Tuesdays or Wednesdays we want to meet.
If I get enough responses from regular attendees (and folks who I know
want to become regular attendees) by Friday of this week, I'll close the
poll and move the meeting to its new time starting next week.
For this week, we'll go forward with our meeting tomorrow (Tuesday).

* Done using a Google Hangout. This meeting is largely conversational
and very much a working meeting to discuss status, coordinate on
planning, and unblock developers.
