Something I was told by someone at the Summit was that on Mobile using frameworks and libraries is painful performance-wise, and they had spent a lot of time taking libraries out and making everything as minimal as possible. The basic summary was that mobile performance was bad and using libraries generally made it worse.
I can't remember who it was, but this might be worth taking into consideration here (and it may be why B2G apps have rolled their own specific frameworks/needs). Mark.
