Something I was told by someone at the Summit was that on Mobile using
frameworks and libraries is painful performance-wise, and they had spent
a lot of time taking libraries out and making everything as minimal as
possible. The basic summary was that mobile performance was bad and
using libraries generally made it worse.

I can't remember who it was, but this might be worth taking into
consideration here (and it may be why B2G apps have rolled their own
specific frameworks/needs).

Mark.
