NiKo and I stood up a simple mocha/chai unit test (bug 978952) on abr's
Loop branch in order to unblock people from writing JS code with unit
tests.

tOkeshu, alexis, NiKo: your thoughts on bug 976789 would be much
appreciated so that we can hash out what API would be a good one to get
