What is supposed to be the current support for H.264 in Nightly?

http://html5test.com/ shows it as Not supported.
This is with Both gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg And gstreamer1.0-libav installed
and functional and media.gstreamer.enabled set true.
This occurs if using the current profile Or a pristine profile, current
user or New user or in safe-mode.

The distro rpms for both firefox-30.0 and firefox-beta-31.0 Do have
H.264 support using libgstffmpeg.so

This site www.centralway.com uses a panoramic video as background.
If accessed with nightly, nightly either crashes or shows only a static
background.
It does display as intended when using firefox-30.0 or
firefox-beta-31.0.
