The bug reports referenced by Chris (908503, 941296) appear to be fixed in the 
first week of September. Firefox 32 is currently the latest stable released 
version. With FF32 installed I am still unable to play vimeo videos (flash 
disabled). Were the bug fixes included in FF32?
