A bunch of folks interested in making the Loop CSS more maintainable and
coherent got together and talked today. We came with some short-term
and long-term next steps.
The stuff we're going to do immediately is this:
* review all CSS using these guidelines:

* move sharable JSX/CSS widgetry into content/shared incrementally
* css ownership: dmose has signed up
Slightly longer term, we're going to look into simple
libraries/toolkit(s) that we may want to use to improve efficiency and
maintainability:
** react-style
** react-bootstrap
** (...?)
