Using the screen sharing examples at https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
in FF 34.0 I find that sharing the entire screen is generally functional, but sharing a window or application is problematic. To be specific, under Windows 7 putting Powerpoint into presentation mode creates a new application window with the playbout of the slide show. Selecting this window as the shared goods causes FF to show a black rectangle with only occasional flashes of the shared material. Something similar happens when using share application vs shared window. Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround? Sharing the window/application is important since sharing the "screen" always show the entire desktop on a multi-monitor system. That makes sharing the screen impractical in many cases.
